Tech

V2L (3-pin socket) Optional, and above 20% charge: a 230 volt socket in the boot good for 2.3 kW, or 3.6 kW through an adapter on the AC charging socket. Vehicle-to-Home is a separate thing again — an 11 kW DC wallbox on the CCS socket, discharging only between 20 and 80% — and the pack names the UK alongside Germany, Austria and Switzerland in one place and only the other three in another. Nothing goes out to the grid over AC: the pack describes no Vehicle-to-Grid at all, so the Type 2 socket discharges only as an island supply.
