Tesla

2026 Model X Dual Motor

5,057 mm long · 1,999 mm wide · 2,271 mm with mirrors

No
5,057 × 1,999 mm
Length
No. Longer than the garage by 57 mm, so the door will not shut.
Width, and getting out
Only just. 601 mm of width to share between both sides, so a door will not open far enough to climb out comfortably.
Through the door
No. Too wide for the opening even with the mirrors folded.

Measure your own garage

Measure the inside, not the outside, and measure the door opening at its narrowest.

The size most modern single garages are built to.

How this is worked out

A car is treated as fitting lengthwise with at least 300 mm to spare, so the door can shut and you can get past the back. Getting out assumes a door needs about 600 mm of swing, on top of 150 mm of air beside the body. Folded mirrors are assumed to still stand about 80 mm proud of the bodywork. These are rules of thumb, not standards, so measure before you buy.
