Fiat Topolino
Not a car, and not for the motorway. The Topolino is a light quadricycle in the L6e class, sold in the UK in left-hand drive only, limited to 28 mph and not permitted on motorways. A full car licence covers it, and so does an AM or A motorbike licence.
Two seats, 46 miles and 28 mph for £8,995: a city runabout in the shape of a very small Fiat. The £9,495 Dolcevita trades its glass roof for a fabric one that rolls back.
